Over the years, after working several years with a couple of different BPO companies, I have learned the value of multi- tasking to successfully finish a task. I am efficient in doing several things at the same time while making sure that nothing is taken for granted. I know basic knowledge and skills about Microsoft Documents and process as well as web research and browsing. I also have knowledge with customer service and can learn other technical requirements easily. I am very open to learning and I would love to be trained to perform other technical process to add to my arsenal for any job requirement that a possible employer may need me to learn.
