I have had call center experience working for Convergys for the past 3 years. I was
assigned to do backoffice work for a top U.S. auto insurance account. This experience has given me the ability to be keen on details and has developed my analytical and problem solving skills.
Prior to Convergys, I worked for a representatvie office, Wachovia Bank NA which is a financial institution based in the U.S. I was exposed to various foreign banking transactions such as documentary collections, letters of credit, US dollar checks and remittances. This job also gave me the opportunity to single-handedly operate the Cebu Office for 2 years doing administrative and operational functions.
