I was in the customer service industry for 3 years and a half. Taking incoming calls for a hightech telecommunications company based in the US and helping customers solve their billing and technical issues. My strength is being able to do multitasking. I pride myself on my reputation for doing multiple tasks while talking to a customer on the phone. When i commit to something i make sure it gets done and on time.
