I've been a call center agent for almost 2 years
now,I've been in different type of account or work in a call center but i think i excel most in do selling over the phone .I've been a consistent top seller so the company didn't want to gave me up because I brought money to the company.
I became a Confirmation manager/Verifier-This job required a lot of study because you will pull Clients Credit card/Checking account .You where the one who will explain to the client about the payment option.
