Profile Description

I have experienced in Customer Service for 8 years so I know how to handle customers specially those who are Irate.
I was trained to be patient
and real good Customer Service.
I also worked as an Email Support.
I had an experienced with basic troubleshooting of electronic devices such as TV, radio and phone.
My other work experiences are: booking of orders using Oracle 11i, changing and cancelling of existing orders using Oracle 11i and Teleservice, sending emails to the customer using Outlook, assisting customers regarding their concern on existing orders via phone, editing customer's account or record with Cisco.
In addition, I can type 40 words per minute with 95?curacy
