1. •Electronic Archiving(scanning) and Encoding of Memorandums on database.
2. •Encoding applicant details to RWAC database.
3. •Scanning and editing pictures of seafarers for submission on Certificate printing.
4. •Preparing Monthly Collection Report.
5. •Attending to queries of clients and applicants (telephone and personal).
