I have a good communication and writing skills and I am utilizing both skills by communicating and writing a report regarding the application status of the clients via e-mail. Moreover, my communication skills have sharpened since I conducted orientation. I also have the ability to handle well the problems of the clients towards their application. I am proficient in personal computer use like MS Office Mac 2011, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Windows XP. I can do a multi tasking job and apply resourcefulness. I have a complete knowledge in Customer Service; understand the fulfillment that comes with helping the clients successfully.
