Worked as a computer shop assistant and secretary for 5 years. Was assigned to do hardware maintenance and clerical jobs, reports, accounting details of day-to-day transaction.Worked as a call center agent for 5 years. First two years in call center industry, i was hired as an agent under order entry. Last three years was transferred to a voice account, under hotel reservations. Front liners for the customers. A mediator between customers and property (hotels).
During these three (3) years, i was internally promoted as a mentor, where i handle newly hired employees. I stayed as a mentor for two years and was promoted as Quality Administrator Intern, where i checked call handling of agents. Making sure that agents are answering calls professionally and with correct attitude.
