I am currently in my 7 years in customer service related position in a photo shop industry, 5 years of which is as a team leader. I am heading a group of people to provide service to customers, know what they want to avail in our service and give the best value that they could get. I
am also responsible to solve problems (it is inevitable in every business) that may arise during our work such as occasional delays which could lead to customer dissatisfaction. In such cases i have to know and ensure that such problem will not arise and if it had, it is also my duty to face the customer, explain, and handle problem professionally.
being employed in a photo shop industry for 7 years, I have gained knowledge with cameras especially with digital ones: how they work and troubleshoot them, as well as camera features, different brands and models.
During my 7 years employment I have been a responsible, honest, dedicated team leader. I have also manifested my passion in serving customers because of the philosophy that I am a customer too and I dont want to be treated harshly by service people when I enter into a business establishment.
I would like to have a part-time job (as a start) to further enhance my customer service skills and knowledge and during my employment I will use my so far gained knowledge as well as knowledge that I will be learned from this company to help them reach their target customer service success.
