My nine years experience in the sales/marketing field have helped my hone my organizational, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Being the sole person to communicate between my clients and the production, I have to multi-task and organize my time well to ben able to achieve what needs to be done in a day and communicate to the buyer the progress or whatever questions they have regarding their order/development.
The constant communication with my clients from the United States, Europe and Australia, as well as attending trade fair shows in Hong Kong, Germany, and Italy have helped my hone my skills in cross-cultural communication.
As for the administrative side of my previous experience, the constant communication and product promotions have given me the opportunity to learn and improve my skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook Express.
