I am currently working in Dubai, UAE as Secretary/Personal Assistant. I used to work in one of the biggest call centers in Cebu City, Cebu Philippines specifically (Stream Global Services) as Technical Support Professional for 3 years before I moved here in Dubai, UAE. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in one of the Universities in the Philippines. I would like to work on both technical and admin support since I have background in IT, I know most of MS Office Applications, my typing speed is 60-70 wpm, I am keen to details, Internet Savvy and I know a little of Adobe Photoshop though I do not have a relevant work experience using it. I can say I have good analytical and programming skills as well when I was in college but never got the chance to pursue it when I started working since I got hired as Call Center Agent in my first job but learned Networking and VOIP as well when I was in the Call Center. If given the chance to develop my programming skills and learn the new programming trends it would be a great opportunity to me. I have tried designing a website before and changing the themes and updating the contents but never had a formal work experience on that. Now, since I am currently working as Secretary/Personal Assistant here in Dubai, I also learned doing admin works, business writing, preparing correspondence and making reports. Though I used to be technically inclined but the demand of someone who is computer literate in the admin support also increased here in Dubai so that is why I landed as Secretary. I enjoyed my job and I am integrating my computer skills into my admin works and enjoyed learning how to write professionally for any type like memos, articles and correspondences through online sources.
