Profile Description

I've been working as an inbound Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative. Only in this job that I know how to do networking jobs like connecting from modem to a router then to a telephone. Amazing isn't it? I've graduated as a nurse but never work in a hospital. For my 1 year of experience as a call center agent, I can definitely say that I can work with less supervision. I will work hard and figure things out as much as possible and find ways to resolve the issue real time to the best extent that i can do.
