In my five years experience in call center industry, I learned a lot of things that has benefited my professional skills. I worked as a technical support specialist for Linksys devices and thus I have experience in customer service, handling calls and some computer network troubleshooting.
I also worked as a Team Leader which gave me a chance to learn a little bit of management and problem solving. I am confident that I can cope in any demanding environment because of my vast experience in call centers. I assure you that I am willing to learn and very much trainable. Right now, I am working as a part-time writer and I am very much interested in finding a full-time, stable job.
