As a technical Support Representative, I was able to enhance my knowledge in the English Language and develop my computer skills as well. I have gained knowledge on hardware and software troubleshooting, internet setup for modems and wireless routers and basic networking setup. My Job as a call center agent helped me learn how to perform multi-tasking and be flexible enough to adapt to changing schedules. I was in the call center industry for several years and handling clients from the US helped me adjust to their own time and pace. It also helped me enahnce my skills as a researcher since I can say it is a requirement for my job even though we have our own database. This is to help customers and give advice on how to resolve their issue.
Although I am not an expert on Adobe Photoshop and MS office Application like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, I was able to learn how to use it as well because of the trainings I received when I was in college which I can say I can still apply it up to the present.
