Primarily, I worked as an Administrative Assistant for 12 months from a reputable, high standard hotel in the Philippines. With the said job title I was tasked to prepare, file and disseminate documents. I likewise handle and screen calls and messages for the hotel executives. Occasionally, I was asked to arrange and schedule appointments or meetings for internal and external hotel concerns. Being a part of the Administrative Department, I was also responsible in maintaining, updating and safekeeping of important files as instructed by my immediate supervisor.
Afterwards, I had been a Front Desk Clerk for five years in the same company. I function as the hotel's front line personnel in accommodating and assisting guests and customers with their queries and in-stay necessities. I also attend to every phone calls addressed to the hotel. It was my duty to forward some calls to other departments depending on the concern. It was also my responsibility to reply to inquiries about hotel services offered. Aside from taking care of phone calls and guest inquiries, I was also tasked to prepare and submit monitoring reports by the end of my shift.
Consecutively after being a Front Desk Clerk, I made an endeavor on becoming a Customer Service Representative from a very well-known contact center corporation. The job description was to generally take-in calls from clients of a popular and in-demand trendy vehicle company and assist them with their product concerns. Aside from that I provide reassurance to said clients that any predicament they may be experiencing with their purchased product would be resolved according to what they need and in accordance with the company policies. As a CSR agent it was my account to elevate advanced customer concerns to corresponding higher ranked representatives to whom said quandary could be given apt resolution. Finally, by the end of each shift, as a CSR agent, I accomplish detailed reports of each and every call I had taken.
