Service Delivery
• Set Best in Class Standards for service delivery and conduct training/coaching for country teams.
• Assist Service Delivery Manager to review SLAs with the country leads and identify potential gaps.
• Develop and agree with country leads action plan to close gaps.
• Follow up to ensure action plan is executed with timelines and owners.
• Ensure Operational milestones are met based on agreed SLA’s
• Ensure processes are in place so all escalations issues are addressed and closed with committed timelines.
• Continually review current processes, identify suggest areas of improvement
• Ensure Prime Manpower Quality Performance programs are adhered to ensure we provide consistently high service – QPP
• Seek innovative ideas to raise service delivery level –year on year
• Align with local country operations to ensure excellence in service delivery within designated accounts.
• Participate as required in special projects in relation to the strategic account implementation e.g. automation reports
Implementation
• Support Service Delivery Manager to Map out country resources based on proposals.
• Support Service Delivery Manager in developing and implementing project plans for new projects/contracts roll out and pilot programs for managed services.
• Monitor progress versus agreed milestones to project completion;
• Ensure SOP for implementation of Strategic Client Management Service.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager for Strategic Client Management Services and ensure knowledge transfer to countries.
Support for the Sales and Account Management Team
• Participate in creation of solutions with the Sales / Account Managers
• Provide input and assist in preparing cost for implementation of Master Vendor and Strategic Client Management Services including; identify team structure required to deliver service and skills/competencies required; service delivery model and outputs and Metrics to measure progress.
• Create a methodology of identifying productivity savings as a result of streamlining process.
• Identify potential gaps in country service delivery capability and escalates to Service Delivery Manager with recommendations for action.
• Participate in regular monthly operational and quality assurance reviews; as well as formal quarterly client reviews to ensure excellence in service and delivery.
People Management
• Conduct weekly staff meetings base on Initiative Action Plans and EWAR to ensure performance is on track.
• Recruit and select the consultants that meet the job requirements.
• Review Consultant’s activity against targets on a weekly basis in order to provide recognition or guidance as appropriate.
• Provide sales coaching and training to the team to improve competency level.
• Motivates staff through reward and recognition practices to keep staff morale high.
• Make regular outside sales, telesales and send marketing materials to prospects through:
o Research local market to identify and qualify potential business opportunities of the growth industry and key skills
o Apply the Telephone Appointment Getting approach to establish contact with prospect clients
o Monitor competitor’s activities and industry trends in the area
• Market good candidates (with key skills) to existing clients
• Conduct quality selection process through a profiling tool
• Prepare the resume of the candidates and present to clients highlighting the key skills
• Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the applicant, and the applicant to the client
• Be involve in salary package negotiation and communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants
• Conduct Reference Checks
• Apply the quality performance programs to ensure we provide quality service
• Provide career advice to candidates to improve the candidate replacement rate
• Extend candidate retention programs to build a long term relationship
• Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates into the database
• Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings
• Ensure prompt billing and collections
• Update weekly activities for submission to branch
Achievements:
• Handled one of the biggest account of Prime Manpower for Volume Recruitment
o November 2007 – October of 2008 – Hired a total of 123 applicants for various positions
o April 2009 – May 2009 – Hired a total of 39 applicants
for various positions for May ramp-up requirements of the client
• Pioneered a project for volume recruitment for one of the start-up company client of Prime Manpower
o Handled the account management for the account/project
o Was able to hire 22 applicants for the project
• Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database through different activities:
o Job fairs
o Job postings
o School and Company Partnership
• Responsible for phone screening of candidates for endorsement to the recruitment specialist
