Conduct product training to new associates and monitor their progress before endorsement
Perform claim status validation and research for providers and brokers in various system and
tracking tools.
Monitor agents enrolled to quality improvement and closely work with the associates to attain their metrics
Prepare and sort out reports training reports and drive education and learning completion for the team
Supports and assist providers’ needs with their authorization status and requests
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems
Perform validation and status checks for pending claim requests that needs clinical evaluation
Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
