Ever since working for a call center company here in the Philippines, my professional skills were greatly developed. Be it with the technical aspects of the job or the behavioral approach in everything that I do related to my work. I take pride in the fact the working for this type of company really improved how I was able to use the English language as a medium for communication. It was required for us to use the language even if speaking with a Filipino customer or just with our co-employees. when I was promoted to being part of Workforce Management as Real Time Analyst also improved my skill in using different MS Office Applications, research, analysis, team work, priority weighing and multitasking. I believe these skills are vital in performing tasks be it when working or even on the day-to-day living.
