I've been in a call center industry roughly 3 years. I worked as a Customer Service Representative /Technical Support Representative catering issues of customers related to the business I was assigned for. I was also given the chance to become a Training Assistant/Supervisor, taking difficult issues; mostly customers who want to end their business, and providing options/resolutions to the customers.
I can say that I almost possesses the quality of an excellent customer service representative; confidence, punctuality to do the task, consistency, and above all, patience to irate callers.
I'm also computer literate. I'm good in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
I can type 50 to 60 WPM.
