Experienced in delivery inspection, in-line inspection, microbiological laboratory management, sensory evaluation, complaint handling, internal audit etc. Employed to a family restaurant chain as Reseach and Development Specialist formulating recipes and translating it to factory and restaurant kitchen ---------- close coordination with purchasing for new suppliers accreditation and evaluation and marketing for product advertisements. Experienced auditing different industries while being with a certifying company for management systems on quality a d food safety.  Exposed to assess compliance of local and multinational organization to their management system standard of choice. Assisting and guiding companies in preparation for international standard compliance through training and consulting sessions with different key personnel across their organization.
