Working online within the comforts of your home is absolutely an amazing experience.
For a mother of 2 like me, it is very difficult to balance office work and family. So here I am in onlinejobs looking for this opportunity to work at home, watch over my kids, and earn at the same time.
Without further delay, here are my past work experiences both online and office based:
-Article Writer and Virtual Assistant. I submitted articles related to dentistry. I was qualified for that job because, by profession, I am a Registered Nurse.
-I have a blog www.studentsawayfromhome.blogspot.com, which I updated occasionally.
-I have worked as a web researcher and data encoder with a typing speed of 60 wpm. I was a Data Technician of a BPO company. This job requires encoding of police crash reports from a source document into a
database.
-I was also a Customer Service Representative for 6 months for Qualfon. Here, I assisted clients for online purchase, cellphone troubleshooting, and answer queries and complaints.
-My latest employment is with SPi Global. At first, I was a copyeditor/language, then I was promoted to QA copyeditor, and lately
I got the promotion of a Trainer for newly hired copyeditors. In my more than 4 years of experience in copyediting, I have edited a lot of books and encyclopedia entries with a wide range of topics.
After resigning from SPi Global, I worked as a part time ghostwriter and transcriptionist of Branded Experts Publishing.
Currently, I am a part-time transcriptionist of Blooming Twig Publishing.
I have excellent skills in copyediting and proofreading. I have a
good command of the English language and grammar, oral and written communication skills.
Publishing house styles I have deep knowledge base in the CMS, Springer Manual of Style,BUDH/Eleven Publishing, and Intech Publishing.
