I am an efficient and smart working individual with a can-do attitude. I am dedicated to deliver exemplary results and help drive businesses to produce desired goals. I have been with the freelancing industry for 6 years with multiple experiences in various fields.
I specialize in different types of administrative work such as, but not limited to, Data Analysis, Real Estate, Cold-calling, Finance, Excel Reporting, Data Entry, Lead Generation, Web Research, Email Correspondence, Digital Marketing and Virtual Assitance. 
Prior to freelancing, I worked for a BPO company for 4 years. Handling incoming/outgoing calls and email correspondences. Making sure that the customers' concerns are answered and resolved to the best of my ability.
I was also given the opportunity to handle a team with no less than 15 agents. My job covers tracking scorecards and monitors overall performances. With this role, I have developed a strong ability to research and development might as well on monitoring and documentation procedures to provide competitive and clean reports; People skills; creating reports including day-to-day, week-over-week and month-over-month performance; Data handlin, legal documentation, correspondence; I was also able to develop my root cause analysis skills that would make me able to pinpoint the cause of the error, formulate and execute a good action plan to improve performance in order to bridge gaps and also to attain client's set of goals or beyond.
