I can make and take telephone calls to and from English-speaking customers, providing quality technical support or closing sales, or both. As a BPO-worker for 5 years, I have acquired the skills on effectively communicating with people of different cultures. I've been trained to provide technical assistance over the phone on home networking devices. Aside from that, I can also generate Excel-based reports and analyses, after getting enrolled to a Six Sigma Yellow Belt course.
