I've been in the BPO industry for eight months as a call center agent. I had undergone a very hard training before I got to production and was on the technical team before I was transferred to sales. I encountered different types of personalities and a variety of concerns which I was able to handle. I'm a fast learner and optimistic type of person and right now I'm looking for a stable job where I can use my skills.
