Profile Description

I have an engineering background, which means I have a good command with numbers and is a very highly technical person. However, my interests and talents are so diverse that is why I was led to this website. I love trying out new things and learning a lot of stuff and trying out something that will foster growth and develop my other talents. I have managed our family owned engineering consultancy for years. Have done everything from secretarial works to faxing to liasing to xeroxing your own report for that company since its family owned you do all you can to see it from a small company to being respected in the industry. I have written reports for the office, met with clients for projects and on the side was the executive assistant for my father who owned the company. As such, I had the experience of researching for him, doing his lecture presentations, writing a book with him, and representing him to lectures or events or meetings he can not come to. Being the eldest daughter, I had to also take care of our other family businesses like farms in the country side and manage all the other properties my father was able to accumulate over the years. I have served as his negotiator for various things and most of it I was able to see through and have accomplished for Him. I have masteral units to my credit, and I am a voracious reader. I have an unquenching thirst for knowledge and information, and I am not shy in getting myself informed. Because of that, I am a very good researcher. I also form strong opinions for myself. I love to analyze things and with my diverse interests and knowledge of things I developed this sense of being highly organized so I can compartmentalize things and design a system for all of them. I require being systematic in everything that I do. I am not afraid to learn things even things I have no background on. I work well even without supervision. I think my biggest skill is the ability to get people to say "Yes" to me. If there is something I get into I make sure I educate myself in that field. I read and research things about it. I have been online even before the internet has become mainstream. I drive my own car, excited to go to places I have not gone to and never get tired of discovering things. I am a non conformists, which I think is to my advantage. This makes me think about new ways of doing things and improving the status quo. I have a very soothing voice and a nice smile, which serves me when dealing with people. I have good communication skills and excellent business ethics.
