Profile Description

I am interested in any full-time work as a Medical Biller. I have been working remotely for 9 years now. For the last 3 years or so, I was a medical biller and Virtual Assistant. I am also a licensed Nurse, which helps me understand the processes. 

I worked with different specialties from hospice, mental health, dermatology practice, pain management, and physical therapy.

I perform posting charges, authorization, verifying patients' benefits and eligibility, AR verification, ensuring updated and accurate medical information, Submitting billing data to the appropriate insurance providers, processing claims, monitoring EOBs or statements, calling insurance for verifications and for resolutions of denials through the filing of appeals and many more.

I am knowledgeable in different CRMs such as SalesForce, EPIC, Office Ally, Upgrade to see actual inforono, Intergy, and NetHealth.

Previously, I was working as a sales development resource and Upgrade to see actual infoketing Operations Analyst / Executive Assistant for more than 6 years. One thing I would say about myself is that I’m very resourceful, I’m not the type of person who always asks questions the Upgrade to see actual infont I encounter obstacles, I research and study 'em myself, and in the process, made google my best bud. That said, I’m always the first one to master new processes, always the quick study kinda guy. 

In fact, I, together with my partner, help my previous employer define the general operations, customer relations, and sales & Upgrade to see actual infoketing processes (including admin tasks). 

Moreover, I was a Charge Nurse at Vicente Gullas Memorial
Hospital for over a year which I developed and honed my inner embodied skills
such as, leadership skills; critical thinking; coping with fast pace
environment; and chiefly a team player, especially in difficult times such as
Code Blue. I also worked with large call centers (BPO) companies, which
were: Convergys' Philippines and Stream Global International Services and my experiences in the BPO industry catalyzed the assurance
that my English communication Skills (Both writing and speaking) are already
excellent. I had been number one in all call centers I was acquainted with, for
that, excellent customer service and human connection naturally come out from
me upon dealing with people around me, thus making it the precursor of my
skill-set. 

All-in-all, I have 15 years of professional experience.
