I am a designer having more than 16 years of experience with adobe products, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign which is a designing related applications.For more than 10 years working as a VA, my tasks were setting up an amazon and ebay account, costumer services such as replying emails and sending replacement products if necessary, contacting costumers with negative feedback and product reviews, creating back-end keywords and creating advertising campaigns for both amazon promotional campaign and amazon marketing services, reviewing costumer search terms and adding it to the campaigns, processing the Shipment Reconciliation, Amazon Reimbursements and Lost in Warehouse inventories, claiming customer refunds for other concession and costumer returns, creating/editing products images as well as uploading those images, creating promo codes during holidays or special occasions, creating email marketing, creating subscription form and adding plugins for Wordpress sites, Monitor Ebay account, create or edit product listing, end listing if necessary, update pricing, etc
