I was able to work in the call center industry for a couple of years. There I was able to improve my communication skills. I was with the billing department. Our task was to explain to callers who have complaints about the charges reflecting on their billing statements. I was also able to work under the technical department and assisted customers over the phone on how to use their cellphones. Way back during my school days, I was also one of the students who helped for our school paper. I also had the chance to write for our said school paper. With the experiences I had, I could definitely say that I have a good communication skills. I am also working as a civil engineer in our place so I believe I can also handle structural jobs. I am a person who adapts easily to the work I will be assigned to. I am a fast learner person and is very willing to learn if the job I will have is different with the jobs I had.
