Finally, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for over six months in an international Business Process Outsourcing company. I am a Travel Specialist who basically assist customers and help them resolve their concerns and issues about their hotel and flight reservations. Aside from the fact that I am able to help the customers efficiently, it feels so good also that I am also helping the company gain more customers at the same time. It's been a wonderful experience working as a Customer Service Representative especially that I get the chance to talk to different people from different walks of life around the world.
