I have work with 4 BPOs in Makati for almost 6 years. My longest one was just this january 2012. Since I want to spend my time more with family. I have decided to leave my company for 3 years. My last company was a UK based financial account which is PayPal, working as a resolutions agent dealing about fraud, chargeback cases and online transactions.
I have worked with travelling agency with expedia for a year and airline as well for airline.
Im good with computer microsoft word, simple troubleshooting. I know how to use citrix system.
