Profile Description

I had one year and a half experience of being a call center agent. I was a customer service representative / Level II technical support with AT&T at Skyes Asia Cebu City.
I also have knowledge about basic Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After effects , basic html coding. I love designing and video editing. I am not a pro yet but i love to learn more.
I am a Virtual Assistant for almost 5 years now. These includes administrative tasks, email blasting, data gathering, researcher of tax deed sales for client. Based on my previous work experience, I am using the usual software applications in completing my tasks. I have enough knowledge and proficient in the use of these systems thru experience. All Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. I have a MAC and a stable highspeed internet.
With English as a Second Language, I am confident in using the language and can converse with ease.
As a registered nurse with job experience in a general hospital, I am accustomed to working with efficiency under pressure. With exposure in the medical field and corporate world, I am proficient in providing written reports and communication for validation and visual presentations made out from raw data.
