I have work in BPO company as Technical support and Customer service representative for roughly 4 years. My job is to attend to customer's concern who has problem with their internet connection or any problem with their device. I know how to isolate the problem and resolve it in no time. Up selling and cross selling is also one of my task. I also act as customer service representative when customer has questions or concern with product, bills, refund and convince customer to stay with the company.i know how to adjust with different type of personalities and patient enough to understand them.
