I have been a supervisor at an out bound call center for more than 4 years now so I am very qualified to handle any kind of sales calls that may be required of me. I am also very fluent in English whether it is Australian or American English, I can handle both. I am exceptional at dealing with clients as it was my task to communicate with them when I was still working in a call center. I am a wide reader therefore I can also say that my writing skills are top notch as well.
