I had  10  year  experience in BPO industry both customer and telemarketing  for AT&T   before I started investing  working from home  as  a  fulltime  Virtual  Assistant.
I worked as  an appointment setter for Solar Campaign for  almost 5 years for both Residential and Business. The goal is to identify  potential clients, reach them on the phone, highlighting the benefits of solar power  also  qualify the customer if the product fits to them , then schedule an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via zoom.
I also  worked  as a Real Estate Lead Generator . The  goal is to set an  appointment with  the motivated seller  .I used  to generated and closed my  own leads utilizing company resources by various sources: auctions, pre-foreclosures, cold calling,  realtor list, Mls, seller leads lists, , text campaign  etc.I used the CRM daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are closed . .I  trained  and  worked as an Inside  Sales  Agent  for both Real Estate and Solar Campaign, the  goal is  researching the accurate   info of the lead  or skip trace them and  put correct info and  upload  in CRM   also   dialing the  motivated  sellers or potential client.
