My intensive work exposure and experiences has taught mo how to be more confident to my self and to what i am doing especially to the tasks given to me. My job as a private duty nurse is an eye opener to me to how to take care of client, and empathized with them. As a data encoder...i am very positive on what i am doing...i am very dependent...i can decide on my own..Being at the customer service industry for almost 3 years, i can handle irate clients. I can convince and comfort them with their complaints and concern. Overall, i can be trustworthy, hardworking, independent and have a long patience for my job and clients.
