Profile Description

My first formal accounting job is with Vernon and Torres Medical Center as head of Accounting Department.
I've handled the whole Accounting process from bookkeeping, payroll for 15 employees and financial reporting submitted to the Management and business owner.
I am also in charge of filing the local taxes such as payroll and business taxes.
After two (2) years of working with V&T, I decided to take the Board exam and I fortunately passed with a rating of 82%.
With my CPA license, I decided to move to a higher level of my career and moved to Megaworld Corporation (Real Estate) as a Supervisor in FAG (Financial Analyst Group).
As a Financial Analyst, I have regularly conducted Operational Audit specifically on Document Management (DM) and Accounts Receivable Management (AR) part of the operations.
I headed a group of four (4) and regularly monitor the flow of documents pertaining to Sales such as Government and Bank requirements and processing and issuance of Deed of Absolute Sales. Our Team have worked on a proposal to adapt Digital Archiving (Sharepoint System) on managing documents.
On AR management side,
I supervised the same number of group to regularly do substantive test of AR Balances.
It was also my duty to set the target and furnished accomplishment report pertaining to AR collections on a monthly basis.
The Company had a reorganization and it's one the factor why I decided search for better opportunities.
April 2012 when I was hired by Montgomery Pacific Outsourcing, LLC (MontPac) as a Senior Accountant.
As a Leader, I oversee the tasks performed by the lower level Accountants and Non-Accountant to ensure compliance on GAAP, SOX and Clients arrangement letter.
I was assigned to undertake five (5) Clients which are all located in Hawaii, USA.
My Team handled the whole Accounting process for all of these Clients from AP and AR posting, General Ledger, Inventory, Payroll, Taxes and Financial Reporting.
It was also my main responsibilities to communicate with the Clients and Management.
On top of that, since I am reporting directly to the CFO, I regularly prepares special reports as requested.
