Profile Description

I am a development communicator and a skilled transcriptionist/editor. I've spent quite a while doing transcription work since 2007 with Paramedix, Inc., a transcription company based in the Philippines. I can cover a wide range of transcription work - general and business transcription, and a bit of medical and legal transcription, even data entry work.
After Paramedix, I was employed as a customer service representative for Convergys, taking inbound calls and providing frontline support to Microsoft Customers for North America. I was also a Chat Support Representative for Sprint, providing support for billing-related inquiries and general customer service support.
I also worked as a communications specialist for an international NGO with a branch office here in the Philippines. I provided internal and external communications support, do resource gathering and public relations as well for their advocacy department.
I believe in the importance of giving quality outputs and efficient customer service. I am an efficient worker and multi-tasker, and can work very well even without constant supervision. I am interested in looking for an honest employer and online work as a freelancer where I can put my skills to good use and help my client reach their targets.
