The skills I have include excellence in oral and written English, being a person who constantly does a grammar and spelling check.
Customer service is also one of my specialties, because as a Filipino, we have been design and created with great patience and tolerance.
As a technical support representative for 5 years, I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to operating systems, applications, different kinds of internet connection, email clients, and office programs. There are things I do not know, of course, but with this memory I possess, I am a very highly-trained person. I believe in the saying: "One word is enough for the wise".
I have this strong ability to analyze and resolve problems or issues. In fact, I can't get myself to relax without getting the issue at hand resolved. I am someone who strives for perfection, quality and excellence. I never leave a job abandoned, and make sure to finish it even before deadlines are laid out.
These skills make me the best I can be, and hiring me will never result to regret or remorse.
