Good Day!

I've been an Amazon virtual assistant since 2019. My tasks were uploading
products in bulk and single upload, managing inventory including updating
quantity and price, reviewing listing's info on the back and front end,
checking order to make sure that it is shipped on time, respond to customer
messages through Buyer-Seller Messaging, processing refunds, filing an appeal
to claims, generating reports within seller central account, keyword research,
creating FBA shipping plan, uploading images in the back end and EBC, creating
promotion/coupon, processing feedback removal request, and other admin work

In addition to that, I've been working in Amazon
as seller support for 2 years. I am knowledgeable when it comes to managing the
seller central account and all related works within the seller central. Also,
I've been attending training for product sourcing, with basic knowledge in
tools such as OAXray, FBA Calculator, etc.
As a detail-oriented and organized professional I
take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. My knowledge of
a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task
I am assigned.
