I have worked full time as an application QA tester for an IT company for 10 and 1/2 months so I have been able to handle testing, documentation, and reports presentation. I've also worked as a research assistant for a professor back in college. In those periods working as a tester and a research assistant, I've done the tasks assigned to me using Microsoft programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS and Powerpoint. The tasks I've done are: test different applications that our developing team has developed, creating user manuals for such applications, research industry data, write various sections for research paper, create PowerPoint presentations.
