I have been employed to different call centers before . For that matter, I am confident that non-voice customer service is something that I can excel at.
With regards to my experiences, I was able to handle Financial, Sales and Technical accounts which contributed knowledge and expertise on my current work field.
I have proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Access.
I am amenable to work without supervision and I always see to it that I meet deadlines.
I can easily adapt to workflow of the task that I will be performing.
I'm looking for a part-time job that can fit to my schedule.
