Computer-savvy. Seasoned and pretty great at troubleshooting with the computer and other devices. My previous job involved being an inbound technical support representative for an American telecommunications company mainly geared on troubleshooting tech-related issues (phone, internet connection, line checks, email, other devices, even billing and accounting), as well as being a receptionist and eventually a pacifier for irate clients. Quite familiar with various operating systems and related software, and just last year, I've learned how to do Photoshop but pretty far from being an expert.
Good command of the English (written and spoken) language--passed the Berlitz Language Certification program last December 2009. In terms of article writing, I've done quite a few articles way back when I was feature editor of our school paper during my senior year in high school. I have been writing articles for about a year already. I also passed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) A couple of years ago.
Dedicated, EAGER TO LEARN, and willing to work under pressure, I will be more than glad to share with you these traits to better help you and your company attain stability.
“They are definitely a valuable part of your business for all kinds of reasons.”
