I've been in a call center industry for 2 and a half years, i learned about giving customer satisfaction and service by using directory assistance database to be able to help them. furthermore, i am competent in using windows, microsoft word, ms excel, powerpoint, and photoshop.
and of course the internet which i do web browsing, schools research, downloading and uploading, and many more. i could also troubleshoot pc and provide assistance if possible.
I want a long term stable job where i can help in the progress of your business.
