I've been working for the past 9 years. Most of my work experience is in the
Customer Service Field, BPO Industry to be specific.
My last job was with Teleperformance an International Call Center Company. I've worked as a Recruitment Specialist for 1 year and 9 months. I conduct final interview and job offer as well. I also am the one assigned in handling Berlitz Orientation and Review for those applicants who will be schedule for the said Language Assessment Examination.
Prior to working as part of the support group in the BPO Industry. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 4 years handling different accounts from Financial Account to Travel and Hospitality Account, catering both US and Australian customers.
I also had an experience as an Online Support Supervisor with Dicentral Vietnam. I directly report to the CEO who is based in the United States. I also am the one who manage the company's Customer Representative who are working at home.
