I worked as a Customer Service Representative for about 4 years. I belonged to a technical support company and our service covered full assistance of all Linksys products and concerns. It was an Inbound Call Center and we provide everything for the clients. We help, support and assist them in making their computers to go online using wired or wireless routers, adapter and access points.
After being a Customer Rep, I got into writing. A friend offered me content writing and I found it very interesting. It is not that difficult for me to create 150, 300 and 500 plus word articles.
I would love to write for you and prove that I can be your best employee. I am also very much willing to undergo any training to improve more. And I want a long-term and stable job.
