Profile Description

I am excellent in operating the MS Office. I am proficient in reading and writing in English. I am a kind of person who's a fast learner and can work without supervision. Since I had my work experience in Human Resource, this helped me to build my skills in Test Administration, Sourcing and Recruitment. In test administration, I administered online examination for initial assessment. In Sourcing, I usually calls and invites interested applicants to take an assessment in a scheduled date. Lastly, in recruitment i experienced to handle the pre-employment to the new hires, doing the 201 filing, background check and auditing the documents of new hires in MS Office. To summed in up, I am flexible.
