Profile Description

I have been working in the call center industry for 7 years as Outbound and Inbound Call Center Support. I have been a Customer Support Team Lead for 2 years. I started as a telemarketer then outbound and inbound sales agent, inbound customer support and inbound technical support. I handled health, sales and financial accounts through the years. I currently work as a Senior Team Member for a bank / Treasury and Securities Services Department. I have no issues working in different environments, I adapt easily to change and flexible with work schedules. I am single and I own my time. I create blogs for friends who has businesses, mostly resorts and my own blog just for fun. I used to personally tutor koreans as a part-time job, english tutor. I am online most of my free time, and I feel like I'm wasting it... if I'm not earning any money.
