Profile Description

In highshool, I was able to learn basic HTML, C and Maya 3D. I was able to use Maya 3D in creating a 3D visual tool for learning molecular structures. I had the Best in Science Research Award because of that.
In college, I was taught of different programming languages. We took up C++, Java, HTML, PHP and MySQL. I have advanced knowledge in all these languages but I could say that I have a better grasp on PHP as I am also reviewing on it regularly. I did very well on my collegiate studies and was awarded Collegiate Academic Excellence (Honorable Mention).
But if I may say, my best skill so far is on customer service. Even though I graduated BS Computer Science, the first job I took was in IBM Global Process Services as a Customer Care Specialist. I was able to deliver excellent customer service to our clients. I became Top Overall Performer for August 2011 as Customer Service Representative. With that said, you could expect me to do the same with your clients. I am flexible, adaptive, fast-learning, multi-tasking, critical thinking and a team player. I have good sense of organization and great communication and writing skills. I am able to work with minimal supervision.
