I have been a practicing dentist for more than 30 years, and a broker for
15. My latest employment in the KPO industry has widened my understanding of the Dental profession, enabling me to be educated in the technical aspect of the profession. Working in a call center environment has also sharpened my communication skills, and has also enabled me to become knowledgeable in Administrative and HR responsibility. My experience in teaching has aided me tremendously in the preparation of training material for my agents, and in conducting weekly training sessions with them.
I am fairly Computer literate, and if I have to learn more computer skills, will be willing to be trained. I have excellent English speaking and writing skills. I
have had experience in making calls using the Avaya system, and am proficient in the Great plains program.
I am an independent and efficient worker, very professional, and hard-working. I am dependable and trustworthy, and have the initiative and drive to work. I can worl from the home, as well as from an office.
