Profile Description

I have worked in the call center industry (Field: Market Research) as a Quality Assurance Supervisor for 3 years and I can say that I am VERY GOOD at what I am doing. I coach my subordinates (agents) with pronunciation, call handling, grammar and sentence construction. I have excellent writing skills and I can say that I am already fluent with the English language.I know Open Office and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. I know a little bit about GIMP. Sadly, I have never learned how to do Photoshop or things of that sort.
Other skills:
•Artistic - I have a flair for art but I have never done any website designs or stuff like that. I draw on paper but that's about it. I know how to draw on PAINT though. ^__^
•I'm a Registered Nurse - I don't know if there are any good online jobs related to medicine. I can do transcription and things of that sort. Sadly, I have NEVER experienced working in a hospital ever since I passed the Nursing Licensure Exam in 2007. A year after that, I was immediately employed in the company the I am working with right now.
